3. Orders & Payments
3.1. Order Confirmation: You will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation upon placing an order.
3.2. Payment Methods: We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), Cash on Delivery (selected areas), and Company Invoices (for bulk orders).
3.3. Non-Payment & Fraud Prevention: Orders are only processed once full payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1. We offer nationwide delivery within South Africa, with standard shipping times of 3-5 business days.
4.2. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or included in bulk order quotations.
4.3. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as courier issues, strikes, or extreme weather conditions.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
5.1. Customers may return or exchange products within 7 days if the items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
5.2. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days (see our Refund Policy).
5.3. Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
6. Warranty & Liability
6.1. Our products are manufactured to meet industry safety standards, but we do not guarantee suitability for all environments.
6.2. Induna Safety Wear is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse, modification, or failure to follow safety guidelines.
6.3. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, and we do not accept responsibility for indirect damages.
